Monte A. Melnick was the Ramones’ tour manager for the entirety of their career. The band toured constantly for 22 years, so Monte had more than enough material to work with in order to write a book, On the Road With The Ramones, which has been through several printings.

The Ramones may not have achieved the chart success and recognition they had hoped for during their career, but their cultural impact and legacy is matched only by a handful of other rock n roll groups.
